Why the Name Foretell?

Foretell is more than just a name. It represents the quintessential skill of predicting and anticipating the future that we find so critical to success in investing. We’ve gained the ability to Foretell through decades of experience and give it to those who plan to secure their futures with us. Our brand started with the premise of Foretelling the future of Net Lease by pioneering true trusted advisership in this vibrant investment sector. By taking a systematic approach to exploring the net lease world of the past and present we’re uniquely prepared to help our partners make the decisions today that will protect and grow their capital.

 

 Why the Dragonfly?

The Dragonfly represents our firm for a multitude of reasons, but one of the biggest is a little-known fact about these amazing creatures. They are one of the few known organisms that can predict the future flight of its prey, chart a course to intercept and then capture the target. 

They put lions, tigers and great white sharks to shame with a hunting success rate over 90%, compared to 50% most other apex predators. They see forwards and backwards, nearly 360 degrees, which allows them to completely survey the landscape and avoid the few creatures trying to catch them. 

That’s the kind of results we’re seeking to deliver and build into our DNA at Foretell, so that we can flourish alongside our selected partners.

We partner with a select group of high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutions to advise and collaborate on net lease investments across the United States. We leverage our experience, proprietary data platform and extensive relationships to predict future outcomes of these passive investments to provide financial security and generational wealth.

Our Background

The principals of Foretell Capital Partners have a wide and diverse background over the past 22 years. We’ve been involved in real estate projects and advisory spanning three continents and thirty US states. Corporate HQ relocations, facility consolidations, strategic retailer expansions, investment sales of office buildings, principal investing in residential, hotel and net lease assets. 

For the past eight years, the primary focus has been Net Lease Advisory for a wide array of clients located around the US with a specific focus on the greater Midwest. We’ve served as brokers, corporate services representatives, principal investors and passive investment partners. We leverage this wealth of experience to the advantage of our partners here at Foretell.
